Zaika was opened by three friends who were passionate about bringing authentic, fresh Indian-Pakistani cuisine to the Houston community. Southeast Asia has been influenced and shaped by cultures all over the world, from South America to Central Asia, and Indian-Pakistani food is a beautiful representation of that history. We want to showcase that history and bring people together through the flavors, the zaika, in our food.
